DIETARY GUIDELINES
• Follow a high-fiber diet plan that is low in saturated, hydrogenated, and partially hydrogenated fats. A diet high in these fats not only contributes to clogged coronary arteries, but also inhibits blood supply to the penis.
• Limit your consumption of alcohol and caffeine. Alcohol especially impairs sexual prowess. A glass of wine with dinner is fine, but excessive alcohol consumption can leave you (and therefore your partner) unable to fully enjoy “dessert.”
• A romantic dinner may set the scene, but do not eat a large meal before engaging in sex. If your body is fully occupied with the digestive processes, sexual functioning can suffer.
NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
• Bovine prostate glandular and orchic tissue extract is a formula that has proven helpful to many men troubled by impotence. Take 100 to 300 milligrams twice daily.
• If you suffer from gas and bloating, take digestive enzymes with meals to ensure full digestion and make your lower abdomen more comfortable. Digestive enzymes can also help with circulatory problems.
• The essential fatty acids, found in black currant seed oil, borage oil, evening primrose oil, and flaxseed oil, are needed for the health of the prostate gland and are instrumental in maintaining normal levels of hormones. Choose one of these oils and take 1,000 milligrams twice daily.
• Magnesium helps relax the nervous system and relieve anxiety. It also regulates the bowels and prevents constipation, which is sometimes a factor in impotence. Take 200 milligrams of magnesium twice daily.
• Vitamin E, often called the “sex vitamin,” helps to strengthen hormonal and reproductive function. Choose a product containing mixed tocopherols and begin by taking 200 international units daily, then gradually increase the dosage until you are taking 400 international units in the morning and again in the evening.
Note: If you have high blood pressure, limit your intake of supplemental vitamin E to a total of 400 international units daily. If you are taking an anticoagulant (blood thinner), consult your physician before taking supplemental vitamin E.
• Zinc is necessary for healthy prostate function and the production of testosterone. Take 25 milligrams daily. Take zinc with food to prevent stomach upset.
If you want a penis enlargement product that really works, VigRX Plus is for you.
